Reductores concéntricos (CR)
Los reductores concéntricos se utilizan para la transición entre tuberías del mismo diámetro. Están disponibles en acero y hierro fundido en varios tamaños, incluyendo 2, 3, 4 y 6 pulgadas. También se denominan reductores masculinos, ya que su diámetro exterior es mayor que el diámetro interior de su parte de apareamiento (en este caso, adaptadores femeninos).
Reductor excéntrico (ER)
Los reductores excéntricos se utilizan para la transición entre tuberías de diferentes diámetros. El diseño excéntrico permite la conexión de tuberías con un diámetro interior mayor que el otro.
