Water cooling technology of square tube

Hot-rolled square tube welding steel used in construction is a major in the domestic steel market in both occupy an important ratio. Process: slab→hot charging→rough rolling heating furnace in the rolling→a flying shear (cut head and tail, accident broken off)→II tanks rolling→finishing→cold double length flying shear Bed→sample→cold cut length→collection, bundling→weighed.

The controlled cooling device in three sizes: small size there are three lines, testΦ12,Φ14,Φ16,Φ18mm rebar when using; the middle line specifications, testΦ20,Φ22,Φ25mm rebar when use; there is a glimmer of large-sized testΦ28 , useΦ32mm rebar. The device can be achieved by the water, the water pressure adjustment, after wearing water temperature control, to make steel to obtain good mechanical properties. Steel does not require controlled cooling, use the output roller.

Reasonable control of welded square tube heating temperature, as well as to achieve optimum temperature control results, the test water pressure, start the pump number, serial number, and the cooler open cooling line number of segments are set to satisfy the premise of steel tempering temperature.
