September 10–12, 2026 | Jiujiang, Jiangxi, China
From September 10 to 12, 2026, Centerway Steel organized its annual team-building trip to Jiujiang, Jiangxi. Over three days and two nights, employees stepped away from their daily work routines and enjoyed a diverse program combining natural scenery, outdoor challenges, cultural learning, and leisure activities.
The trip was designed to enrich employees’ cultural lives, relieve work-related pressure, encourage communication among colleagues, and strengthen team cohesion and a sense of belonging.
The journey began with a visit to Donghuzhai Scenic Area in Xiushui County, where the team explored its distinctive Danxia landforms and natural scenery.
The outdoor experience included mountain hiking, a visit to the scenic grotto waterfall, and an exciting walk across the high-altitude 5D glass bridge. These activities offered employees an opportunity to enjoy nature while challenging themselves in a different environment from the workplace.
Along the mountain trails, colleagues encouraged and supported one another, creating plenty of opportunities for communication and interaction. The shared outdoor experience brought the team closer together and added energy and fun to the first day of the trip.
On the morning of September 11, the team visited the Autumn Harvest Uprising Memorial Hall for a themed educational activity.
Through the visit, employees learned more about the history of the Autumn Harvest Uprising and gained a deeper understanding of the spirit of perseverance, responsibility, and commitment represented by that period of history.
For Centerway Steel, team building is not only about relaxation and entertainment. Shared learning and cultural experiences also provide opportunities for employees to reflect on teamwork, responsibility, and the importance of working toward common goals.
In the afternoon, the team headed to Lushan West Sea and explored the scenic area around Zhelin Lake. Surrounded by clear waters and numerous islands, the lake offered a refreshing change of pace after the morning’s cultural activities.
The team enjoyed the beautiful lake scenery and spent a relaxing afternoon exploring the area around Zhelin Lake. After a full day of activities, everyone returned to the hotel in Wuning for the evening.
On the morning of September 12, the team headed to the Golden Coast scenic area, where employees enjoyed a range of water-based leisure activities and free time by the lake. From outdoor experiences to relaxed conversations, everyone had the chance to unwind and enjoy time together outside the office.
In the afternoon, the team visited the West Sea Pearl Exhibition Hall before beginning the journey back to Changsha.
The Jiujiang trip brought together outdoor exploration, cultural learning, and leisure in a meaningful team experience. From hiking through the mountains and taking on high-altitude challenges to learning about history and enjoying time by the water, employees shared a variety of memorable moments throughout the journey.
At Centerway Steel, we believe that a strong team is built not only through collaboration at work, but also through communication, mutual support, and shared experiences.
This team-building trip provided employees with an opportunity to relax, reconnect, and return to their work with renewed energy. More importantly, it strengthened the connections among colleagues and reinforced the sense of teamwork that supports Centerway Steel as we continue working toward our shared goals.
With three days of shared experiences and memorable moments, the 2026 Centerway Steel team-building trip came to a successful conclusion. We look forward to creating more meaningful experiences together and moving forward as one team.
